Hi.


I’m a running coach and personal trainer, but not as you know it. I specialise in natural movement patterns, from the ground up.

I help people sit, stand, walk, and run efficiently and pain free.

I work harmoniously with the body, using foot function, balance, proprioception, and postural alignment, to build a body that is naturally capable and functionally resilient, allowing us to be strong in our daily lives.

My sports background involves martial arts, MovNat, and endurance running. I’ve run a 36min 10km, totally barefoot, but mostly, I just want us to live better by moving better.

Oh, and if you really need to hear a dirty little secret, I worked as a professional yoyo player for over a decade (shhh… don’t tell).
