Currently I offer three set services:

I am not a speed coach or a distance coach. I am interested in how your body moves, how it all fits together, and how to maximise efficiency and minimise injury. My focus is on efficient form and good technique, starting from the ground up, right from your very feet.

Fun and informative, as we learn (or re-learn!) a lot of skills we have probably forgotten. Tune in, sense how your body operates, and learn how to move it, naturally.

Expect to walk, sit, stand, pivot, crawl, duck, hold, carry, throw, and more. You may even learn a dance move or two (OK, I lied. There’ll be at least three dance moves… And as a bonus, you’ll even learn how to escape from prison).

No specific experience necessary, we scale up or down depending on your own abilities and/ or limitations.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer to help you get rippling biceps, or for dramatic weight loss, I’m NOT your guy.

If you’re interested in building a body that is functionally capable, agile, and resilient, and want to keep it that way for as long as possible as we all get older….
