Hi Frank, I just realised – I never did update you on my running progress – I managed to run my 10km in September – 5 minutes faster than the one I did 10 years ago! Still some niggles/injury from time to time, but on the whole much better than before so thank you!
Thanks so much Frank. What was really good was my Achilles didn’t twinge like it usually has done, even when I was at the faster pace. Definitely felt lighter on my feet, springier.

Hi Frank, thanks for the session on Sunday and for sending through all the info & videos. I’m so surprised to see how different the two videos look. I really didn’t believe you when you said people often see an improvement just from one session of doing those exercises. But now I can see it with my own eyes!! Very encouraging. Hi Frank, I can’t thank you enough for your help/ Mind blowing stuff. I will digest all of this and will add it into my routine. My running felt lighter immediately after sorting the cadence 🙂
